How to winterize your cabin:  First, turn off water at the water main valve. If you have electric water heater shut off electric to water heater at breaker. Open all faucets and open exterior/lowest valve possible in plumbing system. This will drain the pipes. Install anti-freeze in toilets and drains including bathtub/showers. If your main water valve is located at exterior mark location with flag or pole so it can be located if it snows.
