Carpenters:

Carpenters have over 5 years experience building all phases of construction. Carpenters are well-rounded in all aspects of construction from foundation to finish work. Carpenters can read and execute plans as written and engineered. Carpenters posses good communications skills both verbal and written. Carpenters are responsible for meeting project schedules and deadlines.
Construction Laborers:
Construction Laborers possess basic carpentry skills such as reading a tape measure, cutting a straight line, basic math skills, and have the ability to follow directions and almost more importantly, have the sense to ask questions when in doubt about a project/task.
Applicators:
We require our team to become licensed to apply chemicals. A structural pest control Applicator is any individual who is licensed by the Structural Pest Control Board to apply a pesticide, rodenticide, or allied chemicals or substances for the purpose of eliminating, exterminating, controlling, or preventing infestation or infections of pests or organisms included in Branch 2 or Branch 3 on behalf of a registered company.
Field Representatives:
Carpenters with the desire to learn and advance with the company will apply to become a Field Representative.. Structural pest control field representative is any individual who is licensed by the board to secure structural pest control work, identify infestations or infections, make inspections, apply pesticides, submit bids for or otherwise contract, on behalf of a registered company. As a Field Representative with Allstar Construction and Pest Management, Inc, you will also be completing home and roof inspections as well.
